Oxiconazole is an antifungal medication that fights infections caused by fungus.
Oxiconazole topical (for the skin) is used to treat skin infections such as athlete’s foot, jock itch, and ringworm.
Blistering, crusting, dryness, or flaking of skin
severe redness, soreness, or swelling of skin
burning, itching, and pain in hairy areas
pus at root of hair
Some oxiconazole topical side effects may not need any medical attention. As your body gets used to the medicine these side effects may disappear. Your health care professional may be able to help you prevent or reduce these side effects, but do check with them if any of the following side effects continue, or if you are concerned about them:
